I have never done this before. I've read blogs in the past and have always thought how fun it would be to share my thoughts and views with the world. My current goal is to do one blog each week. My schedule doesn't allow for much else. I am a mommy, a wife, and a FLVS teacher on-call for 150 students everyday. There always seems to be something that needs to be done. But journaling is important. I am reminded of it everytime I look at the faces of my sweet babies. So let the journey begin...
I will start by saying that I love my husband. Last night we had Family Home Evening and I was gently reminded by the Spirit of how much we need each other. We haven't had alot of quiet time together lately... infact, we haven't had any and it was taking a toll on me. I started my job at the WORST time - summer! There have been times I have had to put down the phone and say NO MORE and just walk away and let it ring. On the bright side, I am getting the hang of my new schedule and am able to organize my work in a way that is productive and allows me to spend time with my FAMILY.
Times are tough financially, $$ is super tight. We are making cuts that I never thought we'd have to. Team Epperson will find a way. We are survivors. We are determined to keep a positive outlook. The CEO of my company said 'The hardest thing you go through can turn into the best thing'. We have faith that if we work together as a team, our family will be provided the things we NEED and that we will be happy. Sometimes less is more.
